Rhythm & Rein Bodywork LLC is owned and operated by Paige Williams in the Pittsburgh area. She focuses on hands on techniques that are catered to the horses’ and small animals reaction during each session and builds a record based off of it. For humans, she’ll ask what is comfortable and if there has been any relief from previous sessions in order to build a record. Paige is passionate about preventative and maintenance care for equines, small animals, and humans and was first inspired to pursue a career in bodywork when looking for ways to help her horse (Turtle) relax into his new career after racing.

Additionally, Paige holds a Pre-Veterinary and Equine Science degree from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. There she gained experience with numerous horses owned by the university and was able to apply course work with practical techniques when performing various modalities. Paige found that the best way in helping these horses was by changing or mixing modalities in order to utilize the benefits without building up tolerance. She also found that feedback from the horses’ rider allowed for her to adjust sessions to improve performance.

Outside of doing bodywork, Paige is working on producing her horse up the levels of eventing and dressage. She has achieved multiple rider performance awards as well as high point and reserve high point awards for the Thoroughbred Incentive Program.
